Shipping Domestic and International

Tia Alysse produces work in a range of size and mediums but not all are easy to send. On this website currently only small works, unframed works and prints are available to reduce risk of damage during shipping. Unframed works and prints will be shipped in tubes for safety and convenience and small framed pieces will be in boxes with ample protection.

At this time shipping within Australia is at a flat rate of $15AUD and international shipping is $30AUD.

Returns

We do not offer returns on work however it is inevitable that accidents happen when sending artwork. Artwork is not a ‘try then buy’ kind of thing. If work is damaged during shipment photo and or video of the damage is required by us. We may then elect to refund you or replace the piece if it is a print. The best thing you can do is ask, so please send through an email.
